Taryn takes a client-centered approach to assisting clients through what is often a very difficult time in their life. As a parent herself, Taryn understands the complex and delicate nature of resolving family law disputes surrounding child custody, support, and juvenile court matters. She takes great pride in putting her clients’ goals first and offering creative solutions to help clients resolve their legal matters both in and outside of the courtroom.
Taryn was born and raised in Dubuque, Iowa. She graduated cum laude from Clarke College in 2010, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Philosophy. Taryn continued her education at William Mitchell College of Law, graduating cum laude in 2013. While in law school, Taryn studied abroad in London and interned with a pro bono criminal defense firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and the Iowa State Public Defender in Dubuque.
Outside of the office Taryn enjoys DIY projects and spending time with her husband and their two boys.
